- National Geo-Spatial Intelligence Agency intends to negotiate an award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with IONIC Enterprise Inc., located in Alexandria, VA. IONIC Enterprise Inc., will provide an expansion of an existing data license for Emergency Response Services Data for Homeland Security to include data disclosure rights to state and local agencies in non-emergency situations. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitations package is available. Vendors who believe they have this capability should respond in accordance with Numbered Note 22. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated 5 days after publication of this notice.
