- Description
- The United States Special Operations Command, Technology Applications Contracting Office, has a requirement for the maximum purchase of nine each 0-time generic fuselage shells, p/n: VG369D22000A517. The Government intends on awarding a firm fixed price contract with MD Helicopters, Inc.(MDHI), 5000 E. McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215-9734, on a sole source basis for this effort. MDHI is the designer, developer, and builder of the 530FF aircraft, and MDHI possesses the FAA certification of the 530FF aircraft and all its associated parts. MDHI is the only source that owns the proprietary technical drawings, tooling and test equipment, and has the engineering experts capable of satisfying the requirements.
