- Description
- The General Services Administration seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 25,000 rentable square feet in Fort Worth, Texas within the following designated area: The boundaries are as follows: North Western Center/Wautauga Boulevard South 377/East Belnap Street East 377/Denton Highway West Interstate 35W The space should yield between 23,000 to 25,000 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for 5 years firm, and should be fully serviced, including all services supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements which will be provided in consideration of rental to be paid, and must yield sufficient parking for employees and visitors. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 1, 2006. The offered space must meet GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. The Government reserves the right to approve the design and will require its design excellence standards be achieved. Section 2 of EO 13006 requires that in filling their space needs, federal agencies give first consideration to locations in a specifically prescribed hierarchy as follows: • Historic properties within historic districts (1) • Sites within historic districts (whether developed or undeveloped) • Historic properties outside of historic districts Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than February 24, 2006, and should include the following information: street address and building name, if applicable; square footage offered, name, address and phone number of individual to be contacted; and evidence of authority to represent the owner. Please reference Project Number 5TX0397 (1) Historic District means any business area, industrial area, neighborhood, rural area, or other complex of buildings, structures, sites, objects, and/or landscape features that is included in or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places. Historic Districts include those determined eligible by GSA or a State Historic Preservation Officer, or designated by any State, local or Indian tribal government under pertinent State, local or tribal law.
