- AMENDMENT 0001 Amendment 0001 has been issued to answer industry questions to date. SUMMARY OF CHANGES I. 1. The required response date/time remains the same: Wednesday, 3/22/06 by 12:00 PM 2. The Attachment 1: Pricing Spreadsheet has been revised in response to the contractor questions below. Contractors shall contact Darva Gruber at 757-443-1325 or darva.gruber@navy.mil for revised spreadsheet. 3. The following answers to Contractor questions are hereby provided: 4. Solicitation N00189-06-T-0097 Husbanding Services for Port Everglade Fleet Week Question 1: 0031AA 10’ Yokos - are we to find these three fenders locally? Answer: Yes, fenders are available locally by various vendors. Question 2: 0031AB Neumatics – Do these fenders need to be returned to Canaveral? What are the fender sizes and how many are there? Answer: Yes, they will be returned, there are two and they are, deflated, about 30 feet long and 12 feet wide. They are large, rubber, inflatable fenders. The mob/demob will also include chains, shackles and lines. Question 3: CLIN 0026 requests secure radios. There is no reference to secure radios in the statement of work. Can you provide more detail so we can locate these radios? If you could provide an equivalent make and model that would be helpful. Answer: Radios shall have the following features: minimum 2 channels, voice radios with encryption and frequency hop. There are various models in the marketplace that will fulfill this requirement. II. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
