Description
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE - This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. No contract will be awarded as a result of this Sources Sought solicitation. The Federal Protective Service (FPS) is soliciting information from potential sources and seeking qualified Small Businesses, 8(a) Small Business, HUB Zone Small Business or Serviced Disabled Veteran owned Small Business sources who possess the capability and experience to manage and perform the day-to-day operation of the FPS Alarm/Dispatch Centers located in Denver, CO, Philadelphia, PA, Suitland, MD and Battle Creek, MI. The MegaCenters support Department of Homeland Security (DHS) FPS alarm monitoring, emergency dispatch, radio and telephone communications, offense/incident recording and transcription services, data entry, security systems technical services, and records management activities throughout the United States of America. The contractor shall provide and furnish all personnel, materials, equipment (other than that provided by the government), services, and supervision necessary to perform including: 1) dispatchers, and/or operators); 2) Training coordinator; 3) Supervisory staff; 4) Management; 5) Data entry positions; 6) Data Analyst position(s); 7) Alarm Technicians; 8) Computer Aided Design (AUTOCAD) operator; 9) Systems Administrator; 10) Network Engineer; 11) Data Administrator; 12) Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO); 13) Telecommunications Specialist (Radio and Telephone); 14) Transcriptionists; and 15) Remote Programmers. Service Contract wages will be applicable to this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621 and the small business size standard is $11.5 Million. Respondents are requested to submit a Capability Statement that clearly addresses your corporate capabilities. The capability statement is not to exceed 6 pages and must provide a summary of relevant experience that includes at least two current contracts that are currently in progress or completed since 1 January 2000, when your firm was the prime contractor and that are similar scope to this contract and are in the $5 million to $10 million per year range. The statement must include substantive current and/or recent past performance references that identify the contract number, customer, contract value, type of contract, period of performance, prime or subcontract, brief description of services, Contracting Officer?s Representative (COR) name, COR email, and COR telephone. Requested corporate information, specify the company name and address, corporate contact points, CAGE code and attach a copy of your current Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data. Also, advise the Government of pending changes in small business status. The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is for a base period of one year with four one year options to extend, total duration not to exceed sixty (60) Months. All data received in response to this Sources Sought solicitation that is marked, as corporate proprietary will be fully protected from release outside the Government. Respondents will not be notified of the results. No contract will be awarded as a result of this Sources Sought solicitation. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this solicitation.
