- Description
- The Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration Academy (FAAA) Training Team (AMA-260) has a requirement for Gulfstream G-111 Pilot Training Initial, Recurrent, and Supplemental Out of Agency Pilot Qualification Training. The FAA anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements contract with firm-fixed pricing per line item for the base year and two (2) one-year options. The estimated annual requirement is 1 student per initial and 1 student per recurrent with supplemental training on an "as needed" basis. All interested sources should first attempt to download the Screening Information Request (SIR)/Request for Offer (RFO) from the Internet. If downloading is not possible your request for SIR copies should be submitted in writing either via facsimile (405) 954-3030 or by email to Avis.Franklin@faa.gov. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the Agency. All responses to this SIR/request for offer should be submitted to the attention of Avis Franklin, and reference the solicitation number DTFAAC-06-R-00611. This notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: DOT, Office of Small and Disadvantage business Utilization (SADBU), has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantage individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
