Description

Preventive Maintenance Contract for GOV'T OWNED SANI-I-PAK RED BAG STERILIZER/COMPACTOR, MODEL MARK VII, VA ENTRY # 440716 LOCATED IN BUILDING 200 AT THE VAMC, 79 MIDDLEVILLE ROAD, NORTHPORT NEW YORK, 11768. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The VA Bronx VISN3 Network Acquisition & Logistics Program intends to award a Preventative Maintenance contract from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer submitted for this solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government. Price and Past Performance considered. The solicitation calls to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to perform maintenance and monthly inspection on the SAN-I-PAK RED BAG STERILIZER/COMPACTOR located at the Northport VA Medical Center, Northport New York. (Long Island). A SAN-I-PAK FACTORY TRAINED MECHANIC(S) MUST PERFORM ALL WORK. This solicitation falls under NAICS Code 541990 with size standard 6.0M. Period of performance will be from April 1, 2006 through September 30, 2006 with provisions for four (4) one year options to extend. This is a Firm-Fixed price contract... No fax or telephone requests will be accepted. Electronic bids will not be accepted. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
