Description

The Contractor shall provide full Architect/Engineering Services as required to prepare complete drawings, specifications, technical reports and cost estimates including services throughout the construction period for Project 614-309 Inpatient Mental Health Renovations at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Memphis, TN. Construction Cost range is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Area of consideration is limited to a 200 mile radius of Memphis, TN. Firms desiring consideration shall submit two (2) copies of SF 330 no later than 4:00pm April 17, 2006. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. NAICS is 541310. Contract subject to the availability of FY 06 funds. A/E selection criteria will include: (1)Professional qualifications necessary for performance of required services: (2)Specialized experience and technical competence of the A/E firm with similar type projects: (3) Past Performance on contracts with Government agencies: (4) Location of A/E Firm: (5) Experience and roles of key design personnel, specifically on related projects: (6) Cost control and estimating effectiveness. This is not a request for proposal.
