- The project consists essentially of, but is not limited to, the maintenance, repairs, frequency/mode changes, installations, removals on Air Force-owned Land Mobile Radio assets at Dover AFB DE 19902. This solicitation will be a request for quote and will be issued as 100 % set aside for HUBZONE business concerns. NAICS for this solicitation is 811213 and the small business size standard is $6.5M annual gross income. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation, including the specifications and drawings, will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site at http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the FBO website to: Department of the Air Force (USAF), Offices, Air Mobility Command, 436 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. Quotes may be submitted by facsimile. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
