- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for COMMERCIAL ITEMS in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This will be procured as a Only One Responsible Source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ), W15 P7T-06-Q-D434. The small size standard is for annual sales below $23,000,000 for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541511. The U.S. Army intends to procure software maintenance for Motif (RT) computer software. The period of performance will be for one (1) year. Furthermore, one option will be included for an additional one (1) year of maintenance. The software will be purchas ed for the Army Project Manager, Integrated Systems Control (ISYSCON) for continued maintenance. The software required will support Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) initiatives. This will be a sole source acquisition to Integrated Computer Solutions (ICS). Of ferors shall submit itemized prices along with One (1) legible copy of the appropriate software license, maintenance agreement, and Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items pursuant to FAR 52-212-3, (MAR 2005). All items are to be shipped to: Program Manager, ISYSCON ATTN: Neel Patel CECOM SEC AMSEL-CD-ISD Bldg 1210 Ritko Ave. Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703 Delivery shall be within 3 days after contract award. Packaging and Packing shall be in accordance with Standard Practice for Commercial Packaging (ASTM D 3951-98).
