This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be provided. This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for all necesary supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies needed to apply herbicide treatments for various parks under Table Rock Project Office, Missouri. This acquisition is Unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program Act of 1988, Public Law 100-656 (15 USC 644 note). The following NAICS code (561730) will apply with a size standard of $6,500,000.00. Bids are due on or about 31 March 2006. The solicitation is available f or download.
