Description
This market survey is to determine if there would be a reasonable response to set this procurement aside for HUBzone, 8(a), or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. The project is to provide the lease of approximately 80,000 SQFT of modular fac ilities for temporary administrative space that will house approximately 500 people. Lease facilities shall be located on Scott AFB, IL. A significant portion of the administrative space will be constructed to allow for secure communications in accordanc e with DoD criteria. The general contractor will be responsible for all design work, manufacturing of the modular facilites, site work, utility construction, transportation and installation of the modular facilities, leasing, and removal of the modular fa cilities at the end of the leasing period. The contract is expected to be awarded in 2006 and the lease is expected to last approximately 5 years. The expected Occupancy date is June 2007. The estimated cost range is $1 Million to $5 Million.
