Description
AWARD WILL BE IAW SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION FAR PART 13. Service to provide engineering and technical services include Analysis, Research Development Test & Engineering (RDT&E) of technology and solutions that provide increased capabilities directly in support of public safety agencies, with ensured focus on law enforcement and first responder and missions associated. Efforts can be described as the following focus areas: (1) review and definition of public safety and first responder mission needs, capability (functional) requirements, and needed RDT&E investment, (2) development of a focused governance structure for regional information sharing and analysis of integrated systems implementation (3) dissemination of relevant successes and lessons learned to the national emergency responder community. This work will require extensive knowledge and expertise on state and local public safety operations and involve RDT&E of technologies and development of communities of interest that will provide increased capabilities to small-rural public safety agencies Key personnel include. Senior Law Enforcement Domain Program Manager. Shall have a minimum of 30 years experience working with the public safety-law enforcement community. Shall have a minimum of 12 years experience as a senior-level manager with experience in leading and managing technology programs servicing the public safety community in the areas of regional data fusion, research, analysis, evaluation, prototype development and testing, and training-technical assistance. Master's degree in a public safety-law enforcement related field and requisite experience is required. All interested offerors will be considered.
