Description

GSA is seeking sources capable of performing an elevator modernization project involving one elevator at the Federal Building/Post Office/Courthouse Building in Batesville, AR. The project is to consist of modernizing one (1) existing hydraulic passenger elevator. The contractor must provide new solid state microprocessor controls, jack, pump, and cabs. All work performed under this contract shall meet or exceed the current ASME-A17.1, Elevator Code and the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards. The project number is RAR03016 and the estimated cost is $200,000. The NAICS Code is 238290 and the current size standard is $12 Million. It is anticipated that this project will take approximately 365 days to complete. Note that there is no solicitation available at this time; the purpose of this announcement is to identify available sources. Award of any resulting procurement will be based on a source selection, best value to the Government, methodology.
