Description

The contractor is to provide all management, supervision, labor, tools, materials and equipment as required for a complete and operational space as detailed in the plans and specifications that will be sent as part of the bid package. Work includes architectural, electrical and mechanical. The contractor will provide space alterations on the seventh floor including removal and installation of walls, door frames, wiring, carpet tile installation and moving of furniture and equipment. Work is to be completed 45 days after the ?Notice to Proceed? is issued. Estimated cost is $50,000 to $75,000. Bid packages will be mailed at that time and will be sent on a disc unless a hard copy is required. THIS REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE AN AWARD. According to FAR 4.11 ALL contractors MUST be registered with the Central Contractor Registration [CCR] at www.ccr.gov. All contractors MUST also be registered with Online Representations and Certifications [ORCA] at https://orca.bpn.gov/, before accepting the bid package. GSA security clearances will be required. There will be a walk through of the project before the bid due date.
