Description

This is a re-posting of GS05P06SMM3006 to correct the Classification Code. The intent of the project is to install cabinets and sinks at the Hart-Dole-Inoye Federal Building, 74 North Washington Street, Battle Creek, Michigan. The project includes but is not limited to the following work: provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools, and equipment necessary to provide and install cabinets and sink in room 2-6-4, a cabinet in room 2C-3, and a wall with door and electrical in room 1-2-4. Completion time is 45 calendar days from notice to proceed. Work is to be performed between the hours of 7am and 5pm. The estimate price is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is set-aside for small business concerns. NAICS is 236220 with size standard of $28.5 million. This is a negotiated procurement. Proposals will be evaluated on price. The solicitation will be available o/a February 23, 2006; the actual date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. Anticipated award date is May 15, 2006. The solicitation will be available for download through the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) website (fedteds.gov). All interested vendors must register with FedTeDS and registration requires that the following information be provided: (1) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN), (2) DUNS Number or CAGE Code, (3) Telephone Number, and (4) E-Mail Address. Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring FedBizOpps and FedTeDS for amendments and/or additional information. All responsive offers from responsible offerors will be considered. Small Disadvantage, Women-Owned, HubZone, Veteran-Owned and Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business are encouraged to submit proposals.
