Description
Solicitation Number: FA8518-05-Q-77625P Set Aside: 100% Small Business This acquisition is a Small Business Set Aside for an Firm Fixed Price purchase order. Order to include basic quantity and 3 option years for the purchase of: NSN: 4920-01-146-1463RN, P/N 856A2586G01 NOUN: Fixture Aircraft Data/Drawings is available and will be attached at time of solicitation. Quantity: Basic Year 2 ea, Options I thru III - 1-3 ea. The RFQ will be posted on or around 17 March 2006 with a estimated response date of 03 April 2006. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. This acquisition may/does involve technology that has a military or space application. The only US contractors who may participate are those that are certified and registered with DLSC (1-800-352-3572) and have a legitimate business purpose. US contractors must submit a copy of their current, approved DD 2345 with their request for solicitation. To request this certification, write to the Commander, Defense Logistics Services Center, ATTN: DLSC_FEB, Federal Center, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084 and request a copy of Department Defense Form 2345 or call at the above number. The extent of foreign participation has not yet been determined. MOU country sources must contact the Contracting Officer within 15 calendar days of the date of this synopsis notice to receive a copy of the solicitation at the time it initially issued. Issuance of the RFQ will not be delayed to review requests from MOU country sources received after 15 days or form non-MOU country sources. Nothing in this notice contradicts other restrictions, identified in the synopsis notice or solicitation, regarding eligible sources (e.g., if this is a small-business set aside, foreign sources may not participate as potential prime contractors but could, if otherwise eligible, participate as subcontractors. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-JAN-2006).
