Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item(s) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. This requisition #F2S3216053A100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-07. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business; NAICS: 423310. Quotes are to be received by this office NLT 1600hrs CST on 20 MARCH 2006. Quotes can be faxed, or e-mailed to the points of contacts listed on this notice. Skid boards must be 1-inch grade plywood. All holes must be 1/2 inch in diameter insert 2 full inches from the edge of the board. Boards must be 48X48 inches. All corners must be rounded. If a diagram of the skid board is needed it can be found in Technical Order 13c7-1-11. Quantity 720 Each. Plywood must be A/C grade.
