Description

Provide all plant, labor, tools, parts, material, equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary for the construction of a one-story, approximately 490 square foot addition to the existing headquarters building, and remodeling of a portion of the existing headquarters building. The work is located at Red Rocks Lake National Wildlife Refuge, Montana approximately 30 miles east of Lima, Montanta. Site visit is recommended - point of contact is Mike Parker at (406) 276-3536. The performance period is 150 calendar days. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about 3 April, 2006 with a closing date of on or about May 3, 2006. The solicitation will be available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) (http:/www.fedbizopps.gov). Please note that drawings and specifications will also be posted with the solicitation as .pdf files and will be available for download from the GPE. This acquisition is open to both large and small business. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
