- This is an annual synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agrement (BOA) N00104-05-G-A500 with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Manassass, VA and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis notice for all repair orders issued by the NAVICP for the period of 22 February 2006 through 22 February 2007 for the evaluation and repair of various repair components of the Navy Weapons System manufactured and repaired by Lockheed Corporation. Several major items to be repaired include: NSN 7H 6130-01-233-7140,Power Supply, SPEC, P/N 1200065-4 NSN 7H 6691-01-290-0377,Panel Indicator, SPEC, P/N 1200141-3 NSN 7H 5840-01-245-0869,Scan Converter, SPEC, P/N 1200098 However, individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of repair under this Navy Weapons System. A complete list of potential reparable items for which orders may be placed can be obtained upon request from the below cited point of contact. Individual orders exceeding $25,000 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because the Governemnt does not currently possess data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternate Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
