Description

MK64-2 Projectile Body, 20,608 each, NSN: 1320-01-313-3697, P/N: 6573623, 200 Percent option, FOB Destination, Restricted to US and Canada. Numbered Notes 8 and 13 apply. RFP will be issued on or about 10 April 2006. NOTICE: This acquisition is restrited to US and Canada and shall be acquired via competitive, best value procedures. TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE IS CLASSIFIED AS DISTRIBUTION D LIMITED DISTRIBUTION. Distribution statement D means that the TDP cannot be distr ibuted via the internet. This TDP contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act, (Title 22, U.S.C., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration act of 1979,, as amended titled, 50 .U.S.C., APP 2240 Et SEQ. Violations of these export laws are subject to severe criminal penalties. Disseminate IAW provisions of DOD Directive 5230.25. Offerors must be registered with the US/Canada Joint Certification Office to obtain a copy of the TDP (see www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/ for inst ructions and information). After receipt of required certification request copy of CD-ROM via email to gail.thompson2@us.army.mil, request MUST include Cage Code, Company Name, Address, Phone and Point of Contact.
