- This is an annual synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-03-G-A100 with Fairbanks Morse Inc., Beloit, WI and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis notice for all repair orders issued by the NAVICP for the period of 14 March 2006 through 14 March 2007 for the evaluation and repair of various repair components of the Navy Weapons System manufactured and repaired by Fairbanks Morse. Several major items to be repaired include: 7H 2815-00-892-5953, ENGINE, DIESEL, P/N A63AF10B44A; 7H 2815-00-863-1300, ROTOR SET, BLOWER, P/N 16605874; 7H 2815-00-075-0350, BLOWER ASSEMBLY, ENGINE P/N 16606684 7H 2815-01-113-3867, BLOWER ASSEMBLY, P/N 16610358 7H 2815-00-529-9805, ENGINE, DIESEL, P/N 8-38ND8 1-8 7H 2815-01-227-2681, ENGINE BLOCK ASSEMBLY, P/N N1A8FBDC However, individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of repair under this Navy Weapons System. A complete list of potential reparable items for which orders may be placed can be obtained upon request from the below cited point of contact. Individual orders exceeding $25,000 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternate Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
