Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Hardware/Software Section (DITCO/PL8231), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Arackal Digital Solution Inc., 240 Duncan Mill Road, Suite 301, Toronto, ON M3B 3S6 Canada. This acquisition is for the renewal of support for the BMC product, tapes, manager for DISA Computing Services. This software support is proprietary and is protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 1 Apr 06 through 31 Mar 07. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software license and enhancement renewal must request a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 23 Mar 06 via the following address: tricia.singler@disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. The NAICS code is 334611 for this procurement.*****
