Surge & Sustainment will be required. The Guaranteed Minimum for the Base Year Only is 466 drs. The Estimated Annual Demand is 1864 drs. The Maximum Annual Qty is 3728 drs. Delivery locations are Tracy, CA (AQ5) and Richmond, VA (SRG). Solicitation will be issued on or about April 12, 2006 and closing date will be May 12, 2006.
