- This procurement will result in the award of a combination firm-fixed price (FFP) contract with provision for ordering indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) work. The work is for Multifunction Facilities Support Services at Pensacola Naval Regional Complex, Naval Hospital Pensacola, FL and Naval Station Pascagoula, MS. with an estimated total value of $180,000,000 for a base period of twelve months and four (4) one-year option periods, and five (5) one-year award-option periods. Additional work may be ordered through modification of this contract for work in Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, and other locations in Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. Pensacola Navy Region Gulfcoast includes: Naval Air Station Pensacola, Saufley Field, Corry Station, Bronson Field, Choctaw Field, and tenant commands. The Contractor shall furnish all resources necessary to perform these support services including labor, management, supervision, materials, supplies, tools and vehicles to perform public works administration, facilities management, facilities investment, facility maintenance services (non- family housing and Navy family housing), pest control, street sweeping, utility plant and distribution operations and maintenance (chiller, electrical, gas, wastewater, steam and water), environmental services, centrally managed safety services, and base support vehicles and equipment (BSVE). This procurement is being advertised on an unrestricted basis. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561210, Facilities Support Services. The Size Standard is $30M The Government reserves the right to reject any or all proposals at any time prior to award; to negotiate with any or all offerors; to award the contract to other than the offeror submitting the lowest total price; or to award to other than the offeror submitting the highest technically rated or the lowest total price proposal; and to award to the offeror submitting the proposal determined by the Government to be the most advantageous (Best Value) to the Government. OFFERORS WILL BE ADVISED AN AWARD MAY BE MADE WITHOUT DISCUSSIONS OR ANY CONTACT CONCERNING THE PROPOSALS RECEIVED. Proposals will be requested initially on the most favorable price and technical terms. Offerors should not assume that they would be contacted or afforded an opportunity to qualify, discuss, or revise their proposals. However, the Government reserves the right to clarify certain aspects of proposals or conduct discussions providing an opportunity for the offeror to revise its proposal.
