Description

The Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) Gulfport MS intends to negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed-Price contract (see numbered note 22) with Professional Mechanical Technologies Inc. Pensacola FL for maintenance and repair of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, pumping (including chill water, condensing water, sewer lift station, domestic water [including ground water pumps, boost pumps, water towers], and condensate), outside air units including enthalpy wheels and heat pipes, exhaust systems, and specific refrigeration system located at Naval Construction Battalion Center, Gulfport MS. The contract will be awarded for a base year with 4 one-year options. NCBC has developed an Energy Management System which utilizes a Delta? DDC control system to control and monitor various mechanical systems including their components for service schedules and alarm parameters. Professional Mechanical Technologies is the exclusive representative for Delta Controls? for Gulfport MS. and has the manufacturer?s training certificates and necessary expertise to test, service, calibrate, repair and replace all components of the Delta? DDC system and the associated mechanical systems. This is not a request for proposals and no Solicitation exists. See Note 22!!
