Description
The United States Government is expressing interest in locating office space for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission within the Minneapolis, Minnesota Central Business District. The following core Central Business District of Minneapolis, MN is as follows: North: S. Washington Avenue - from Hennepin Avenue to S. 4th Avenue South: S. 10th Street - from Hennepin Avenue to S. 4th Avenue East: 4th Avenue - from S. Washington Avenue to S. 10th Street West: Hennepin Avenue - from S. Washington Avenue to S. 10th Street The purpose of this advertisement is to seek information from property owners willing to provide approximately 6,049 - 6,654 square feet of rentable office space using a common area factor of 1.15% within the above boundaries. Rentable space must yield approximately 5,260 - 5,786 square feet of occupiable or usable square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. A lease is required for a ten (10) years/five (5) years firm term. Office space must be contiguous and be located on one (1) floor. Building must be skyway accessible. One (1) inside parking space must be available as part of this lease. Skyway accessible employee parking must be within a two (2) block radius of the leased building. Targeted occupancy date is January 2007. The space offered should provide a modern office environment, which meets the General Services Administration's Fire, Life Safety, and ADA or UFAS handicapped accessibility standards. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
