Description

The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately one thousand, eight hundred (1,800) rentable square feet in the Commack,/Hauppauge NY area. The delineated area is bounded as follows: North: Jericho Turnpike East: Old Willets Path Road South: Long Island Expressway West: Town Line Road / Commack Road. The space should yield approximately one thousand, five hundred (1,500) BOMA usable square feet. Parking is required for two (2) vehicles. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 1, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
