- This amendment incorporates the following changes: (1) Revises the price schedule to reflect 5 days of OB/GYN nursing services per month at the Fort Belknap Service Unit; 1 day of nursing services per month at the Verne E. Gibbs Health Center, Poplar, Montana; and a half day of nursing services per month at the Chief Redstone Health Center, Wolf Point, Montana (nursing services at the Fort Peck Service Unit ? Poplar and Wolf Point, Montana will begin in May 2006); (2) Confirms that the services will run concurrently with the fiscal year, therefore, the base year will be effective from date of award through September 30, 2006, and each option year will be effective October through September; (3) Nursing services for the urban clinics are deleted from this solicitation; and (4) The time and date for receipt of offers is extended to 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 7, 2006.
