Description

The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, supplies and equipment to remove and store furniture from Building 0701, Sablich Center, on Keesler AFB. The facility is approximately 140,000 SF. Furniture to be removed includes both Systems Furniture and hard furniture. The contractor will clean, dust and/or vacuum all furniture. The contractor is to provide all storage for furniture for a period of one year. The contractor will reinstall all serviceable furniture in existing configuration. The contractor will make a determination if furniture is salvageable. All systems and hard furniture deemed serviceable will be cleaned and remediated for mold prior to being stored. All furniture that cannot be salvaged will be disposed of by the contractor outside of Keesler Air Force Base. After the storage period the contractor will reinstall all serviceable furniture in existing configuration. This procurement is a total small business set aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 493120 and the size standard is $21.5 Million. This procurement is being conducted under FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. There will be a site visit for interested offerors at 8:00AM central time on Monday 27 March 2006. All interested offerors are encouraged to attend the site visit.
