Description
Sources Sought Synopsis for SGR A&AS Contract The Modernization Division of the Office of the Air Force Surgeon General (HQ USAF/SGR) is seeking potential large and small business sources or small business Contractor Team Arrangements (CTAs) for a potential single or multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under a Government Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) to provide all services required to implement management, organizational and business improvement efforts. Specifically, to provide the necessary subject matter expertise in the areas of: Division Planning, Programming and Operations Support; Expert Analysis Support; Public Relations (PR)/Human Capital Management Support; Executive Administration, Clerical, Technical and Oversight Support; Reporting; and Program/Project Management, Executive-level Management Advisory and Consulting Services. This is not an IT software/hardware system requirement. BACKGROUND: HQ USAF/SGR is responsible for identifying shortfalls within the current health delivery system and planning, programming, budgeting, and fielding the technology and services required to surmount that shortfall. The HQ USAF/SGR provides oversight, direction, policy and resources to leverage science and technology to transform medical capabilities and address critical long-term challenges in support of the Air Force Medical Service (AFMS). Currently HQ USAF/SGR supports a $120M modernization program, a $750M IM/IT investment program and analyzes the $3.2B military health system IM/IT investment portfolio for impact on Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) programs and capabilities. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 541611 with a small business size standard of $6,500,000. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify potential sources capable of meeting all of the requirements cited above. Capability statements should be limited to 5 pages and should include the following: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Telephone Number, Email Address, CAGE code, Size of Business, GSA schedule(s) and potential Contractor Team Arrangements (if applicable). Include specific contract numbers, Government point of contact?s name and phone number, and descriptions of current or past FSS BPA?s or Government contracts that demonstrate your company?s capability to manage this type of requirement. This is NOT a sources sought for purchase of IT hardware or software systems. Submit all capability statements electronically to gretchen.clohessy@bolling.af.mil. The Government will not award a contract solely on the basis of this sources sought, and reserves the right not to award a contract for the aforementioned requirements. This notice is not a request for proposals. The Government will not reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice.
