Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of OPTO 22 equipment, as follows: CONTROLLER, P/N: SNAP-UPI-ADS, QUANTITY  30 EACH; MODULE, P/N: S NAP-AIV2-IL, QUANTITY - 10 EACH; STRAPS, P/N: SNAP-STRAP, QUANTITY  100 EACH; MODULE, P/N: SNAP-WIRESTRAP, QUANTITY  100 EACH; MODULE, P/N: SNAP-SCM232, QUANTITY  10 EACH; BOARD, P/N: SNAP-B3000-ENET, QUANTITY  20 EACH; ANALOG INPUT, P/N: SNAP -AIV, QUANTITY  80 EACH; DIGITAL INPUT, P/N: SNAP-ID-ADC5D, QUANTITY  80 EACH; POWER SUPPLY, P/N: SNAP-PS5, QUANTITY  30 EACH; RTD, P/N: SNAP-AIRTD, QUANTITY  80 EACH; AND 2 CHANNEL VOLT, P/N: SNAP-AOV-27, QUANTITY  80 EACH. Supporting evidence mus t be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the Government's requirements. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ W911S6-06-T-0048. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). North American Industrial Classification Standard 334513 (500 employees) applies to this procurement.
