- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SYNOPSIS FOR A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The US Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), The Pentagon, on behalf of the US Army Continuing Education System (ACES), a division o f The Adjutant General Directorate (TAGD), U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC), is conducting a market survey in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.001 to determine the extent of Small Business participation and capability to s erve as an overall integrator of technical and other services that will maintain continuous alignment of priorities, activities and resources necessary to ensure the continuous availability and reliability of the GoArmy Education (GoArmyEd) Web Portal and associated infrastructure. (http://www.GoArmyEd.com). Services under this contract include labor, equipment, materials, and facilities. It is a requirement for the vendor to be certified Level 3 of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) or the Software Capability Maturity Model (SW-CMM). The NAICS code is 518112 and size standard is $6.5M. The expected period of performance will be for a base period of 12 months with nine (9) one-year option periods. 2. Small Business respondents having the skills and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirements are invited to provide information to contribute to this sources sought including, commercial market information and company information, substant ive current and/or recent past performance references that identify the contract number, customer, contract value, type of contract, period of performance, prime or subcontract, brief description of services, and the Contracting Officers Representative (C OR) name, email and telephone. Request corporate information, specify the company name and address, corporate contact points, CAGE code and attach a copy of your current CCR data. Advise the Government of pending changes in small business status. Respond ents are requested to submit a Capability Statement that clearly addresses your corporate capabilities. The capability statement is not to exceed 25 pages and must provide a summary of relevant experience and knowledge that addresses the entire scope of t his requirement. The capability statements will be evaluated to determine if at least three (3) small businesses are capable of performing the PWS; however, respondents will not be notified of the results. 3. Capability statements must be received by this office within 10 days from publication of this notice. Submission of capability statement does not constitute further consideration.
