Description: The purpose of this modification is to change the required quantity of 1 1/4 inch x 8 inch water gel sticks to 3,240 units and to incorporate an option provision. The basic contract will include the FY06 requirements with a 100 percent option provis ion. The Contracting Officer may exercise the evaluated option at any time after contract award by giving written notice to the contractor. The option provision will be valid for 365 days after award and will not exceed 100 percent of the basic quantity. Delivery of the items added by exercise of this option shall be due 30 days from award date of option. All other terms and conditions of the original synopsis/solicitation, W52P1J-06-Q-0002 remain unchanged and applicable.
