- DESCRIPTION OF WORK: US Army Engineer District, Kansas City, ATTN: CENWK-CT, 700 Federal Building 601 East 12th Street, Kansas City, MO 64106-2896 Subject: Refuse Collection and Disposal at the Tuttle Creek Lake Project Office, Manhattan, Kansas. This solicitation contains a base period plus two option periods. This acquisition is for commercial items or services. The contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, and supplies as specified in PART I - SECTION H necessary to accomplish cleaning and custodial services in the Outlet Public Use Area as required by the at tached specifications and elsewhere in this contract. The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the facilities listed below in a clean and sanitary condition. Major cleanups shall be performed at the times and frequency specified in SECTION F. In addition, the Contractor shall inspect the facilities not less than 3 times daily (morning, midday, and evening,) to restock paper and perform such minor cleanups as may be required to maintain the facilities in a clean and sanitary condition as define d in paragraph 8 (page C-5) of this contract. Watering 0.1 acres The government will award a contract from this request for quotes to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price, and experience. For evaluation purposes price, and experience and wi ll all be weighted the same. The standard industrial code is 7349. The NAICS code is 561720.
