- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to solicit and negotiate a Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N68335-03-G-0007 with Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, 47123 Buse Road Bldg 2272 #146, Patuxent River, MD 20670-1547, for the fabrication of MV/CV-22 Organizational and Intermediate Level Support Equipment . Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, this firm is considered the only supplier, as they are the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
