Description

This is a notice of intent from the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division to issue a Firm Fixed Price Simplified Acquisition Purchase (SAP) Order, on an other than full and open competition basis, to Agilent Technologies, 9780 S Meridian Blvd, Englewood, CO 80112. This order is for an Agilent E4428C ESG Vector Signal Generator with the following options: 250 KHz to 3 GHz frequency range, high power output, high-stability time base, internal baseband generator with 64M samples, 6 Gbyte internal hard drive, and GPS personality. This equipment is being procured for the NAVAIR 4.5 Avionics Division. Agilent Technologies is the only manufacturer that produces the vector signal generator with differential and single-ended I/Q outputs and baseband streaming capabilities that are required for integration into the existing measurement system.
