Description

Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, NNSY Maritime Industrial Branch, intends to procure on a sole source basis in accordance with the format pescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, under a firm fixed price contract with Aqua-Chem, Inc. for miscellaneous material such as spray nozzles, seal valves, springs, etc. for Deaerating Feedwater Heater Tank. Award will be accomplished utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All deliverables to be FOB Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Attention: Receiving Officer, Building 276, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709-5000. The request for quote number in N00181-06-Q-0186, NAICS classification is 332919 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Responses must be received no later than 30 MAR 2006, 4:00 P.M. EST. A DETERMINATION NOT TO COMPETE THIS PROPOSED PROCUREMENT BASED ON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT.
