Description

The United States Special Operations Command, Technology Applications Contracting Office, Ft. Eustis, VA, has a requirement for procuring Voice Warning Systems, VSM-103, P/N: SEL-A100201. The requirement is for a minimum of six each and a maximum of 16. The delivery is requested to begin nine months after receipt of order at the rate of three each per month. The Government intends to award a commercial, firm fixed price purchase order with Specialty Enterprises, LTD (SEL), 12910 Travilah Road, Potomas, MD 20854, on a sole source basis. SEL possesses the proprietary drawings, special tooling and test equipment. SEL is the sole designer, developer, and builder of the requested voice warning system.
