The USPS is exercising the option for a second round bid for solicitations 5BSMTR-06-A-0006 and 5BSMTR-06-A-0008 on Combinenet. This will begin on March 22, 2006 and conclude at 5PM E.S.T. on March 27, 2006. Venders did not have to participate in the first round process in order to participate in this second round process, this is open to all.
