Description

Sensing Device The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia is seeking proposals from business entities interested in participating in an unrestricted commercial acquisition under FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. NSN, 4210-01-193-7461,.is a Sensing Device, which is manufactured by sole source manufacturer Vericor Power Systems. Solicitation SP0530-06-R-0015 is expected to be issued March 23, 2006 with an estimated closing date of April 23, 2006. The proposed acquisition is for a total estimated quantity of 72 EA, for approximately $100,911.60 year. Delivery is to CONUS locations, FOB Destination. Delivery schedule is for 180 days. The acquisition will be solicited as an RFP. The solicitation will be evaluated with Past Performance and Price of EQUAL IMPORTANCE. This acquisition is for supplies that the government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore the government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304c(1).
