DESC: THERE ARE A TOTAL OF TWO ITEMS: 1010-01-442-0156, Part Number 1295718, The item to procure is a BRACKET CLAMP ASSEMBLY IS USED ON M203A1 GRENADE LAUNCHER. MAT'L IS 4130 STEEL.. Requirements are a MINIMUM GUARANTEED QTY OF 2,000 EACH AND MAXIM UM CONTRACT QTY OF 36,000 EACH, BRACKET CLAMP ASSEMBLY; 5340-01-442-0165,Part Number 12957126, The item to procure is a MOUNTING BRACKET ASSEMBLY IS USED ON M203A1 GRENADE LAUNCHER. MAT'L: 4130 STEEL. Requirements are a MINIMUM GUARANTEED QTY OF 0 EACH AN D MAXIMUM CONTRACT QTY IF 38,000 EACH, MOUNTING BRACKET ASSEMBLY. FOB is DESTINATION. For use on the M203A1 GRENADE LAUNCHER. Estimated issue date is 27 MARCH 2006. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, t herefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation wil l be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the a bove internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal non-responsive an d result in the rejection of same. BOTH ITEMS INCORPORATE 3D TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGES THAT CANNOT BE PROVIDED VIA THE INTERNET. VENDORS WHO NEED 3D TDP PACKAGES IN ORDER TO PREPARE A BID OR PROPOSAL ARE INSTRUCTED TO SUBMIT A REQUEST TO TACOM-RI-TDP@RIA.ARMY.MIL. ANY SAID REQUEST SHOULD CONT AIN THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION; CAGE CODE, COMPANY NAME, POINR OF CONTACT, STREET ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP CODE, TELEPHONE NUMBER. A TDP AND 3D MODEL WILL BE PROVIDED BY REGULAR MAIL AFTER THE SOLICITATION HAS BEEN RELEASED. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside.
