Description

DESC: NSN: 1005-01-433-1617, Part Number 12976948. The item to procure is M122A1 Tripod Mount. The solicitation will be a 3 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a guaranteed minimum quantity of 224 and a maximum quantity of 6,000. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. FOB is Destination. For use on the M240B 7.62MM Machine . It consists of Traverse & Elevating Mechanism, 779119; Tripod Legs, 7790948; Pintle Assemby, 12986102; Fork Assembly, 12990 570. Heavy Phosphate MIL-DTL-16232 (Finish Series 5.3 of MIL-STD-171), Forgings/Castings and Specialty Metal required. First Article Testing required. The solicitation number for this acquisition is W52H09-06-R-0261. This solicitation will be issued el ectronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, FAR 5.102 and FAR 14.205 therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Estimated issue date is 10 Apr 2006.
