Description

The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment for the Rehabilitation of the Existing Parking Lots # 3 and # 5, located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (DVAMC), 79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768. This project has a Item I base bid and alternate bids item II and item III. This procurement is set aside for small business concern under NAICS code 237310. This solicitation, including any documents related to this procurement will be available on the Internet only, on or about April 6, 2006. Interested parties may request copies of these documents by completing the ?Document Security? form at the end of this notice, and FAXING their request to (718)254-7085, ATTN: NILKA DIAZ. Copies of valid driver?s license must accompany disclosure statement forms. It is the offeror?s responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. This procurement is SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERN and the NAICS Code for this project is 237310. DOCUMENT SECURITY (NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/OFFERORS) This solicitation includes Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) building information. SBU documents provided under this solicitation are intended for use by authorized users only. In support of this requirement, GSA required bidders/offerors to exercise reasonable care when handling documents relating to SBU building information. REASONABLE CARE: 1.
