Description

NSN 6135-01-438-9450; Battery, Non-Rechargeable. Indefinite Quantity Contract is anticipated; 2-year base period, plus 3, 1-year option periods. An Unrestricted Technical Data Package (TDP) exists for this NSN. Contractor First Article Test Plan and Testing (CFAT) is required; Contractor FAT per tables I and II of MIL-PRF-49471B(CR); Contractor FAT quantity shall be 140 batteries and 55 cells. Safety Assesment Report (SAR) is applicable. See solicitation for exact details and required delivery lead-time. Purchase request is intended to be awarded as a Firm, Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract. See solicitation for additional quantities and details. Origin inspection I/A/W QAP004. FOB Origin. Electronic offers are not acceptable. ALL offerors must submit a completed solicitation package, including any and all applicable documentation. Failure to submit required documentation and/or pricing will be considered non-responsive and may result in the rejection of offer.
