Description

The Food and Drug Administration intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to GES Exposition Services, Las Vegas, NV, 89119. The award is in support of the 2006 FDA Science Forum to be held at the Washington Convention Center, April 18-19, 2006. The vendor will provide organization for the convention, a centralized service center, a Service Manual for individual exhibitors, and required furnishings. An award will be made in five (5) days from the date of this notice. This is not a request for quotes; however, sources may submit descriptive literature, which fully demonstrate their capabilities, which will be considered by the agency. This sole source procurement is being awarded as a simplified acquisition in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5.
