*********ONLY WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE HONORED********* IMPORTANT: TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED ********* The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment and supervision to perform Local Household moves of six (6) family housing units to either other Government Housing units or within the Kodiak civilian community; all relocation units will be provided for at the time of award. Performance period for the move is from Time of Award & Notice to Proceed to 1 June 2006. As a term and condition for the award no other dates for this move will be acceptable. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: NONE. There is NO SITE VISIT scheduled for this project. All information is contained within the Statement of Work. The contractor must be or will familiarize themselves with the Department of Defense regulation DoD 4500.9-R - Part IV - Appendix B. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH USCG Safety regulations, as well as all Federal and State Safety Regulations. ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS ARE CONTAINED IN STATEMENT OF WORK THAT WILL BE INCLUDED WITH REQUEST FOR QUOTE DOCUMENTS WHEN THEY ARE ISSUED ON APPROXIMATELY 29 MARCH 2006. Estimated price is UNDER $50,000. This is a small business set aside. All responsible sources may submit a written quotation, which shall be considered. Solicitation package issue date is approximately MARCH 29, 2006. Written quotes will be due on / about APRIL 25, 2006.
