- Description
- The Screening Information Request (SIR) is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Description of Work: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Northwest Mountain Region is soliciting competitive proposals for Landscape Renovation at the Terminal Radar Approach Control Center (TRACON), located in Denver, Colorado. Work includes construct landscaping, remove and reinstall stone pavers in plaza, replace broken or damaged pavers, repair wall, install irrigation system, and construct drainage system. The TRACON is operational 24 hours per day, seven days per week. The TRACON is a high security area. All contractor personnel must successfully pass security clearance requirements before being allowed on site. Requests for the solicitation package must be submitted in writing to Angela Mihalek, FAA-AIM Inc., ANM-53, 1601 Lind Ave., SW, Renton, WA 98055; by email at: Angela.CTR.Mihalek@faa.gov; or by fax at: (425) 227-1055. Solicitation packages will be available on or about March 31st. Prospective offerors are hereby notified that employees of A.I.M. Incorporated, a private contractor to the Government, may be used in evaluating offers received under this SIR.
