Description

WANTED TO LEASE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is interested in leasing approximately 50,000 rentable square feet of office, common area, administrative and special purpose space for the relocation of Defense Finance and Accounting Service. Offe rs to lease should be for structures located within 30 miles of the Red River Army Depot, Texas. Force protection requirements consist of but are not limited to the following: roadways & parking cannot be within 148 feet of an uncontrolled perimeter, cont rolled access shall be performed on all housekeeping/maintenance personnel, all outside exits must be able to be securely locked. Parking requirement is for 300 parking spaces. Only offers for providing the total square footage within one existing struct ure will be considered.
