Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N61128-06-T-0009 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07 Effective 2Feb06. Sic code 3639. A written proposal is requested to provide (a) PN RF365PXMW RANGE, ELECTRIC SELF-CLEANING, BRAND:WHIRLPOOL, COLOR:WHITE, QTY 100 UI EA; (b) PN PT220 CORD, RANGE, QTY 100 UI EA; (c) PN LTE5243DQ WASHER/DRYER, STACKABLE, 24?, QTY 70 UI EA; (d) PN 8171378RA CORD, 3 PRONG 6?, QTY 70 UI EA; (e) DRYER VENT, ALUMINUM, 1 HOSE W/2CLAMPS EA KIT, 70 UI EA; (f) SHIPPING/INSURANCE FOR THE ALUMINUM VENT KIT, QTY 1 UP LO. Deliver to: Commander U.S. Naval Forces Marianas, Navy Main Base, Housing, Bldg. 365, Santa Rita, Guam 96915. Delivery date is 30 May 2006. The provisions at 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 apply to this acquisition. The contractor is required to include a completed copy of 52.212-3 as part of their proposal. FAR clauses 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.216-18 and 52.216-21 apply to this acquisition.
